Refund and Cancellation Policy
Chaldea is a digital software subscription. This policy explains delivery, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests.

Digital delivery
Chaldea provides online access to astrology software, chart analysis, timing tools, research workflows, and AI-assisted chart conversations. Access is delivered digitally through a Chaldea account at app.chaldea.ai. No physical goods are shipped.
Subscription renewals
Paid plans are billed in United States dollars (USD) and renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing date. Taxes may apply depending on customer location and billing details.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals, but your existing access may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in the checkout flow.
When account billing tools are available, you can cancel through the billing portal. You can also request cancellation by emailing hello@chaldea.ai with the email address tied to your account.
Refund requests
If Chaldea is not a fit, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original charge by emailing hello@chaldea.ai. Include the email address used for purchase and a brief note about the issue.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may decline refund requests involving abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, repeated refund cycling, or unusually heavy use inconsistent with a trial/evaluation period.
No shipping or returns
Because Chaldea sells digital software access, there are no shipping charges, shipping timelines, physical returns, or return labels.
