Chaldea is a digital software subscription for traditional chart reading and forecasting: precise chart calculation, whole-chart synthesis, inspectable reasoning, weekly, monthly, and yearly personal forecast emails, timely natal transit updates, follow-up questions, and advanced timing tools.
How will the free forecast trial work? +
The daily forecast email trial requires no credit card and runs for 7 to 45 days. When a qualifying significant transit falls inside that window, the trial continues through it so you can see one real dated forecast develop before deciding whether to subscribe.
When do forecast emails arrive? +
Full access begins with weekly, monthly, and yearly forecasts, plus timely updates when a major transit activates your natal chart. Each stream can be tuned or switched off in settings, and every-morning briefs are optional.
What currency are prices listed in? +
All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD). Taxes may apply depending on your location and billing details.
How is access delivered? +
Chaldea is delivered digitally. After purchase or invite approval, access is provisioned through a Chaldea account at app.chaldea.ai. There are no physical goods, shipping fees, or returns.
Can I cancel? +
Yes. Paid subscriptions can be canceled any time before the next renewal through account billing tools when available, or by emailing hello@chaldea.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
Do you offer refunds? +
Refund requests can be sent to hello@chaldea.ai within 14 days of the original charge. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
Will Chaldea replace human astrologers? +
No. Chaldea is meant to support study, research, and professional workflow. It does not replace human judgment, consultation, or professional legal, medical, financial, or mental-health advice.
